My service starts with a free survey and consultation at your home, when I will discuss your requirements, take measurements and present an initial portfolio of fabrics and accessories for your consideration. You may already have a clear idea of the soft furnishings you require, or you may need a little advice and inspiration, or you may want a complete design service. Either way, I work with you to develop ideas and designs which suit you, your home and your budget, and my long experience in home furnishings ensures that I can give sensible advice on the suitability of any fabric and design for your particular application.
I then prepare a no-obligation, detailed written quotation, confirming my outline design specification and providing precise costings for all the options and fabrics available. 

You can visit my workroom to browse the full range of fabrics, trims, tiebacks and poles, and you are welcome to take samples home to assist in your decision making process. I often find that, once you've found a fabric that you love, the remaining design details fall into place, and I'm here to help you all the way.

I give you an honest prediction of my completion date, and, if you're undertaking major re-decoration, I liaise with your other trades people to organise installation at the appropriate time.

Finally, when I install your soft furnishings, I dress them professionally on-site to ensure a perfect fit, to create faultless drapes and folds in your curtains and blinds, and to guarantee your complete satisfaction.
